Kroger Pharmacy

"I came here to pick up a prescription for erythromycin eye ointment for my daughter. The pharmacy tech did not even look in the back to check the supply. She told me that the ointment was on back order with the manufacturer, and no one had it in stock. I asked if there was a generic substitute I could use. The pharmacist responded that there was none, and I would have to call my pediatrician to have something else prescribed. I called another Kroger, and they were able to have my prescription filled the same day."

"Love this Kroger Pharmacy and their staff. So nice, friendly and helpful they go out of their way to help you and they make sure you know about your meds and always ask if I have any questions concerning my medications and they always have them filled pretty quickly and ready for pickup."

I see that there is that one lady pissing a fit in here, but all I wanna say is Kate is a breathe of fresh air to the pharmacy world and it’s clear that you were the issue. "Kate is rude and disrespectful. Yells at customers. Arrogant and condescending. Tried not to give medication, but eventually, 3 hrs later, did give it up. Will not return here. Why should I get insulted by a pharmacist and get yelled at publicly as if I am a child? No thank you. Hope Kate does better with other customers, but I suspect she discriminates. Disguising person. And a terrible pharmacy for allowing such a person to work there."
