"After great customer service from the CSRs at St. Francis, I was treated like pure garbage by TREY HEIME AND THE STAFF IN THE OUTPATIENT PHARMACY ON 3/17/2022. I am left to be in pain & TREY took PRIDE in telling me that he can deny my script & got a very nasty attitude when I told him people can lose their jobs behind this. It didn't matter what I as the customer stated, he believed the staff over me. I'll be recording ALL INTERACTIONS FROM NOW ON AND I'LL ALSO BE CONTACTING A LAWYER, JOINT COMMISSION & THE GEORGIA COMPOSITE MEDICAL BOARD. And yes, you can still GO TO HELL!"
