"This company is hands down the best. Vicki was at all times making sure our pool installation was 1000 percent perfect. The guys doing the install were both professional and top knotch on top of everything. We are beyond satisfied with our pool and so excited to have this company as our go to for all our pool needs. A++++"
"I had our first pool installed at a new house we moved into this year. The pool builder wasn’t very responsive showing me how to maintain it, so I went to see Vicki at The Pool Place. I’ve known Vicki, the owner, since high school. She has taught me how to maintain my pool this summer. She tests my water every two weeks and never sells me any chemicals that I don’t need. She is so knowledgeable and professional. I’ll never use any other pool business. I highly recommend this business."
"First-time customer and very impressed. Instead of loading me with $80 of chemicals (a common event in most pool stores I've been too) I left with $13 of shock and a great explanation of what to expect. Vicki came recommended to me by my pool builder and now I know why!"
"If I could give zero stars I would. The guy showed up- said he didn’t have the parts and would be back later that day or tomorrow but would let us know. Never showed up. Never called. The next day he showed back up. Didn’t let us know he was coming or anything. Literally just looked and saw a man in my back yard. He left a ton of trash in our yard including a drink bottle in our driveway (so disrespectful) and left..we assumed he was coming back but NOPE. HOURS PASSED BY. My husband called the company and they carelessly said “oh he didn’t call you?” Then they explained that he wasn’t strong enough to undo the bolts on our pool pump so he just left????????? Didn’t tell us and they never even offered to send someone that was capable of the job. How can you employ someone who can’t even turn a bolt? It took my husband no time to do it. Seriously, pool place, Do better. They suggested to my husband that they couldn’t undo the bolts & he would have to do it himself. My husband even offered the people oil to use on the bolts and they still didn’t send anyone! My husband told them he wasn’t paying the install fee and they eventually agreed to that. However now we are stuck with a $300 pool pump that isn’t connected and a pool that we can’t use. Our pool is in worse shape before and they have offered us no help. We have called and called and they won’t return our calls but have had time to charge our credit card. Hmm. Terrible customer service and unhelpful employees. Literally this seems like a joke. Save yourself the money and time. Seriously. We decided to use them because they were the only company available for 2 weeks and we wanted to use our pool- but now we see why they have no business and weren’t booked. They are unworthy of ANYONE’S business."
"HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! They lady is real snippy to her customers. I came in to have my water tested and she had an attitude because I wouldn't buy her products, if she had better skills in sales I would of most definitely been persuaded to buy chemicals from there but unfortunately that wasn't the case. No customer should feel obligated to purchase anything but she feels as though since she tested the water (which they offer free water testing) that they should buy her product! Just imagine going to autozone to have your battery tested which they do for free, then to be told if your not going to buy our battery then we can't help you anymore, we make our money from our products. How would you feel? If you feel as though I should be charged for the water testing service since I'm not buying your products then do that. I would gladly pay for water testing service but your attitude you can keep! NEVER AGAIN there's other pool companies that would love my business!"
