"I had a scheduled appointment for 9:30. I decided to arrive at 9:15 since it was my first visit. 11:10 The nurse called me to the back for x-rays and to be seen by the Dr. The process of waiting wasn't over. The nurse escorted me back to the lobby and said," I had to wait for Consultation." I decided to leave at 12:30...hopefully, someone in the office will contact me. The entire staff seems friendly and respectful."

"For starters it’s takes a while to get an appointment date. The second issue for me was when trying to contact the office the automative system hangs up on you. The third issue I booked an appointment to wait over an hour and fifteen minutes just to be told we can’t do anything today. Doctor and nurse was very sweet and nice. Definitely understand why they couldn’t do anything for me but the wait time was ridiculous to me after waiting almost over a month to be scheduled."
