"I should have read the reviews first! The Chinese pharmacist who's over this location was extremely rude over the phone! She also did not get my prescription transferred and when I tried to get my other prescription picked up she told me they where about to close although I still had an hour. My doctor sent the prescription in earlier that day and they failed to fill it. I have NEVER contacted a pharmacy and they took days to transfer a prescription CVS does it within an HOUR other pharmacies the same day. If she doesn't like talking to people over the phone have the pharmacy techs answer the phone but there is no need to be dry and rude and also lying about getting prescriptions transferred, will never use Publix pharmacy again!!!"

"Great store. All the basics and then some. Great store staff and super pharmacy too. I use the fruit and veggies here and the kid likes their deli and prep'd food. All good. The store is clean and the organization spot on. Other restaurants and stores in the Toco Hills make this a great option for our neighborhood. Thanks Publix."

"Yesterday I needed to get an emergency prescription for my Mom. It was hard to get through to the Pharmacy - I called at the worst time - Friday afternoon! However, when I got through the pharmacist couldn't have been nicer. Not only did he get the new prescription ready for me in 20 minutes but he also got her Medicare/Insurance Info online so that we didn't charged a ridiculous amount for it. I didn't ask for that - he just took care of it. Great service. Thank you!"

"I had an interesting experience. I called twice to have a prescription transferred due to it being on back order in all CVS and in Kroger. I’ve been dealing with a baby suffering from fever and an ear infection for three days and was hoping for some good news. Natalie was rude and condescending and extremely unpleasant. I do NOT recommend this location solely due to Natalie’s disgusting unprovoked and unprofessional behavior."
