"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We recently had a pool installed, from a different pool company, this year. We got put on the list for opening and it was months before our pool opened. They came out, in 3 different trips, to open the pool. It tooks rhem WEEKS to open our pool once they got started. Never once did anyone knock on my door. I would just see them in the backyard working on my pool. They would never say anything before they left, either. It was very poor customer service. When it came time to close the pool, we waited over a month, after initially calling the other pool company for closing. On the 27th of October, we called Parker Pools. They lady who answered the phone was so sweet and professional. They sent someone to my house on the 30th of October to close my pool. Just 3 days later. The people who came to my house knocked on my door to let me know they were here. They also knocked to let us know they were finished. I also just received a call from Parker Pools to follow up and make sure everything went smoothly! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star customer service!!! I really wish we would have visited other pool places before purchasing our pool instead of just calling for estimates. Parker Pools will definitely get our business going forward!"
