"I'm having a hard time conveying how truly upset I am with this company. I called them 3 weeks before Memorial Day to have them come open the pool for summer. The young lady told me it would be after Memorial Day because they were busy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and was OK with it. I called 6/6 to check the status of the schedule and guess what?! We weren't on it! But they were sorry. (Doesn't get my pool open) For almost 4 weeks we've been waiting for a service that they didn't even have us on their books. We were going to have them replace our liner and pool heater this year but they've lost our business. That could have been a decent payday for them but apparently they already have more business than they can handle. I opened the pool today by myself, it's easy and you don't need to pay them to do it. Watch a 5 minute YouTube video."

"No communication, awful work done on the concrete that has never been fixed despite them saying “we’re on their list” and “someone will be out”. The concrete has cracks in it and awful dips where water just sits and stains really and from just the smallest things. We are still waiting on them to come out and put the safety cover on the pool from our end of September appointment that we had. No communication on their part to let us know they aren’t coming, we have to call days after they were suppose to be here to get an explanation. I really regret giving them our business. It has been an awful experience from the very beginning. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS OR $$$$$!!!"

"Installed 18x36 in-ground vinyl liner pool. They refused to provide me proof of insurance, so that leaves me with questions. Terrible scheduling, missing the targeted start date by months, without so much as a phone call to explain it. They destroyed my yard and left it for me to repair. No attempt whatsoever to repair or cleanup the damage and mess that they caused. Liner is pulling away in various places, coping clips were left off, causing concrete to push the coping out of alignment. They won't finish the job and wont complete the first winterization which is included with the purchase."
