"Buffy was the most professional easy to work with person I’ve come across. She listened to my concerns helped me figure out exactly what I needed and got it done quickly and cost effectively. I appreciate her services more than I can say!! Thank you!!"
"I have used this pharmacy a few times. My last visit I questioned the medication at check out because it was not the same compound mix I normally get. They ensured this is what my MD called in. After using this medication for a month and experiencing weird side effects, I learned the medication was not in my name and more than double my prescribed dose. Very dangerous and scary."
"Very rude! I called in today regarding my refill that I would need within the next two weeks. The lady that answered the phone was extremely rude and stated that nobody in Georgia could fill my prescription. This happened apparently a few weeks ago…. The pharmacy never bothered to contact me to let me know this had taken place. If you were too busy to do that please be understanding that I have concerns with this situation…"
"A courtesy call or text to let me know a prescription would take at least 2 weeks to be ready would have been appreciated. My first time filling this new prescription there and it’s been a week since my doc sent it in. I called to check on it, and was told by someone in a rude way “if we haven’t called you, we don’t have it yet.” Didn’t ask my name, what the med is or provide any other details."
