"The absolute worst for customer service. Do not even waste your time trying to use this pharmacy. Can’t keep basic medications in stock and doesn’t even let you know that they don’t have it until you try to pick it up several hours after the doctor sends the prescription in."

"I needed to get my wife's blood pressure med before taking her to the airport for an emergency visit to her mother. I reached the drive thru window before the 1:30 lunch closing. Customers were being helped inside but no one was manning the drive thru. Eventually a woman came to the window and said it was now closed for lunch. I tried to explain I had been waiting, but she was rude and closed the window shade. I parked and went inside, but by now they were pulling the gate closed there too. Long story short, my wife ran out of her carvedilol before she could return. The same young woman checked me out the next day, and she was still rude. However, she did inform me about how simple it is to transfer all my family's prescriptions. I'm going to take her up on that."

"We had two very frustrating experiences with Laura within the past week when picking up different prescriptions. She was very rude when I was asking for advice on how to get my prescription today (it was time sensitive) when it was realized that my doctor sent it to the wrong Kroger location. Not a fan of her abrasive demeanor. Brittany however, was super helpful and friendly. She answered all of my questions and is helping to get my correct prescription sent to them."
