"You can't never get a hold of no one on the phone, it stresses me out, and when your test results come back they should call you and explain, not wait for you to come to another appointment, Mintie the P.A. is great she kind and caring , but the office needs to get there act together, I been. to other clinics not mentioning names but they call you go over er blood work and test results, I wish this office would do the same it has good physician assistant which is Mintie but the system in the office is not good or professional, they need a team to just answer phones and a few nurses to answer questions. Please hire more people to answer phones and hire few nurses to call and tell you test results and your needs not to be ignored and call your refills in and not takes months to get a appointment. If they just get the office situated and have a team to just answer calls and not ignore phone calls and take time to be there when needed , I think it be a good health care office. They just need to get there office situation corrected"

"All of the staff are friendly, professional and accommodating. P. A. Mintie Pritchard is kind and caring and goes out of her way to make sure that she takes care of her patients. I have recommended this Office to several friends and family members and they are pleased with the professionalism as well."

"Staff are always friendly and offer a warm atmosphere. Typical wait times associated with doctors, but always felt like the time was taken for me during my visit, never rushed. Appears to be well ran and I have recommended this office to several friends and family."

"Appointment at 130 they ask me to be there at 115 to fill out paperwork I show up at 1. I sit in the waiting room for and hour and them sit in a room for an hour and was never seen! I ended up walking out at 3 o'clock. Would give zero stars"
