"Worst pharmacy ever. They’re lazy, they don’t care. It’s super surprising bc Publix is suppose to be a good store. Walmart fills prescriptions faster than you guys. They care more too. With all the bad reviews I’m surprised nobody has done anything??? I sent in my prescription refill on Monday. It is now Sunday the week after. It’s a lucky thing I requested my blood pressure meds 2 weeks in advance or I’d be in big trouble. It’s crazy to me that a pharmacy is allowed to be like this… you’re risking people’s wellness and livelihoods. People who have gone to school and who are “well educated” should know better."
"The prescriptions take a long time to fill and they clearly cannot measure. My child has to take 6ml for two days, but the bottle only contained around 8ml. When I called up there to ask them about the rest of the medication, they were rude when they should have been apologizing."
"I went to drop off my prescription at 3pm. Called and ask if it was ready at 5pm? They said we’re working on it. I said okay fine. Maybe they’re busy. My husband went up there at 8pm!!! And it wasn’t ready. Told my husband to come back tomorrow morning because something was wrong on the prescription paper. To come back tomorrrow ???? What???? I dropped off at 3pm!!!! They then told my husband they called me to let me know. They lied they didn’t call !!!! I argued with the lady through the phone and she finally agreed to called the hospital and get my prescription approve at 8:30pm !!!! What !!! Why didn’t she find a solution earlier. Not at closing time"
"I ordinarily don’t have any problems here however two old creeps harassed me today while picking up my prescriptions. The first old creep was a customer that got way to close for comfort and kept violating my personal space. He was also getting a prescription. I didn’t initiate a conversation or give any indication that I wanted to invite a conversation. The situation was even more unsettling because he practically looked homeless and kept acting like he wanted to touch me with his visibly filthy hands. Additionally his breast were flopping around everywhere and he had holes in his dirty clothing. The second old creep was the pharmacist. He normally just sits behind the medication counter but for whatever reason he decided he wanted to participate in the harassment. I don’t know either creep so the encounter was very odd, unnecessary, gross, and disturbing. I’m still disgusted and the incident occurred hours ago. I pray to God I’m able to find a better pharmacy because this Publix has gotten really raggedy ever since the officers haven’t been there. Now I see why they always had enforcement. The sheriff use to patrol often as well, which I found perplexing. I couldn’t understand why cops were always there. That’s because shopping here isn’t a pleasure, it’s pissy and apparently unsafe. This Publix is like walking into the ghetto and they know it’s ghetto too. I wish I could give 0 stars."
"Was out of an important medication and attempted to transfer my prescription to a Publix closer to where I am. I've always received great service from Publix pharmacy in other areas of the country. But an extremely snotty young woman named Diana was determined not to help me at all. They were out of my medication she said and instead of offering to use the vast pharmacy system to find out.where I could get it, she sighed and said I should call around to other pharmacies. Not only did Walgreens have it delivered to their store closer to me, they discounted the price to make up for how Pleasant Hill Publix treated me . My new pharmacy of course is Walgreens. Tranferring my medications there after i write this."
