"Does the pharmacy ever pick up the phone when a customer is calling? I’ve called numerous times in the last two days and they never pick up let alone do their job."
"Very slow. Was in the drive thru an hour. Wasn’t even apologetic about the wait"
"I’ve been calling around to pharmacies to see which one might have my meds in stock. Out of ALL the pharmacies I’ve called, including other CVS Pharmacies, these were the ONLY ones who refused to let me know. It’s a good thing my life isn’t dependent upon this medication. AVOID THIS PHARMACY!!!!"
"The lady with braids and the cross tattoo behind her left ear slammed the drive thru phone in my ear after I told her I was picking up for 2 ppl. She had stated she couldn’t hear me, so I turned off my truck. Next, she slammed the phone down. I went to park & walked in. I asked the pharmacist for her name & she yelled to him, “Don’t tell her my name!” He asked what the problem was. I explained what happened in the drive thru & she stood in drive thru laughing & rolling her eyes. We exchanged obscenities and he told her to hush & asked me to as well but then she called me an old ho. I started right back up with her. I was ugly, fat & old. She’s very unprofessional. I asked the pharmacist if he kept trying to hush me, why didn’t he hush her, he said because she was entitled to share her opinion. Ok, Umeidi, because she is entitled to her opinions, I’ll definitely be transferring my & my children’s prescriptions over to Walgreens. They don’t allow ghetto & unprofessional workers to disparage their customers. She handles my prescriptions so she was out of line calling me old and sick; that was very hurtful."
"I went to pick up my Prescription on Tuesday and was told I had another prescription and I would be able to pick it up on Wednesday at 10 AM and I am I went to pick it up at 1:10pm and and wait in line 17 min pulled up and the window was closed. Went back today and was told that the 2nd prescription wasn't in stock and it might be available tomorrow. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am about ready to change back to walgreens."
