"At the Hampton Moyes, it took an hour to even check if my prescription was ready at the drive through! Slow!!!! And even though I was told it would be ready that afternoon it wasn’t! I will be switching to Walmart pharmacy"

"This pharmacy is absolutely awful. Don't bother having your meds filled here. A prescription I fill monthly there was not filled and I was not notified until I called in on Saturday to make sure it was ready. Its Saturday, and its not even supposed to be in until Wednesday or Thursday. This is a medication I need 4x per day and I don't have enough to make it until Monday when my doctor's office opens. Had they told me Thursday when my dr sent in the prescription, or even Friday, I would've been able to fill the medication. Not once did I even get an apology for this. Their pharmacist was on vacation, so they didn't order it was all I got out of them. They couldn't do a partial prescription either because of the timing of it being on the weekend. Well, had I been notified 2 days ago, I wouldn't be having this issue either. I won't be wasting my time with this location any further, and I wouldn't recommend any one else bother either."

"I’ve been using Moyes for my sons prescription for a couple years now and never really had any issues until today. My sons doctor called in his script on 8/17. I was informed that the meds had to ordered and wouldn’t be in until Friday 8/20. I call on 8/20 and was told the meds wouldn’t be in until 8/25. I go to the pharmacy on 8/27 to pick up and the drive up is closed, so I opted to pick up at a later time. I go to the pharmacy to pick up today and was met with rudeness. I was told my script was put back, to which I responded that it shouldn’t have been. Then the primacy tech proceeds to tell the cashier that they didn’t know if I was coming to pick it up. I called you multiple times to verify it was ready…how did you not know? To which she responds well it’s been here a month. I told her it hadn’t and that I had called and was told that the meds weren’t ready. She then storms off and gets the medication ready. I would’ve been okay if she just said it wasn’t ready and that it would be a second, but to be told you’re lying and then have someone get a whole attitude when they’re wrong is mind blowing. I go to moyes because they usually have great customer service and prices, but if I have to deal with bad customer service I’m good going to Walgreens."

"After being a customer here for many years, I will be looking for a new pharmacy. The new staff is anything but friendly and the past two times I’ve called in an order I’ve had issues. Last month they lost the order, and today I called it in for pickup at 1 and at 4 it wasn’t ready. The lady told me I could wait in the store for another 30 minutes if I wanted to. I call it in for no wait. Find somewhere else. It’s not what it used to be."
