"Okay so I am dealing with my Uncle as he has Lung cancer, dealing with teeth issues and also dealing with several other health problems as in kidney stones, just had a surgery for a urinary tract stone. Not only did this office not find me a proper urologist, they DROPPED me as a patient without even calling me or Anything. I cannot access any of my medical records online or anything. They also did not refer me to any other practices as this is patient abandonment and I have honestly tolerated enough. They were going to let me go without even telling me. I see a certified letter showed up on my informed delivery but I am out of state They have not called me to find me adequate replacements as I have been a patient with them since 2018! They miss diagnosed me several times. A lot of times when I come into the office they seem as though it’s an inconvenience. I take medication as I am severely crippled by anxiety & depression. So when they dropped me from my patient portal I cannot even message my psychiatrist. This is scary. This is dangerous to my health and completely unfair. I am disappointed in access health and the shameful way they treat gay people. We deserve proper health care too. I feel as tho this is motivated by malice. I expect a call from my primary care physician as soon as possible as I have not formally received a letter since it was sent certified mail and I was not at home. And I want to continue to see my psychiatrist as it would be dangerous to my health to not have access to him. EXTREMELY UPSET. Will be contacting WV medical board. UPDATE: The attorney and Administrator Brittany Martin have be extremely unprofessional and unethical and stated that they refilled my prescription for 30 days CVS has yet to receive them. They also stated they contacted New River Health. But I actually had to call them. And I get to see a real MD and not a DO! Something I never got at Access health. Again I have been abandoned as a patient. The call center is extremely unprofessional as well. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place 5 years and they dropped me! I am not going away without a fight!"
