"Would give a 0 if I could. Went in because I could hear something in my ear when I moved or touched my ear. Got worried it could get infected or it already was. Doctor looked in, told me it was allergies and gave me a pregnancy test. Got a camera and looked in my ear myself and there is a hair laying right on my eardrum and into my ear canal . And I can’t get it out myself. I’m sure a doctor could have though."

"I had a terrific experience Sunday morning. I was initially reluctant to go. Did NOT want to wait for hours, to be seen, for an allergic reaction, but I was SO GLAD, I did! Arrived and departed within an hour. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. I received on site treatment after speaking with the provider. I couldn’t have asked for any better care. I WILL return if the need ever occurs. Thank you so very much!"

"I scheduled my appointment online which helped tremendously. No significant waiting and I felt like I belonged there. The staff and the physician assistant was concerned, attentive and responsive. If you schedule in the morning for an early afternoon appointment, it seems to work out really well."

"I can only give 1 star because I had to leave something to review. They advertise WALK INS WELCOME, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY and this is misleading, and in fact, a straight lie. For example, went in at 11 a.m. with my Father to be seen. Was told no appointments were available until after 2 p.m. that day. There are 35 signs up on the doors and windows ALL saying no appointments necessary and walk ins welcome. There was 1 person waiting to be seen in the waiting room that morning. There were 5 people working the front desk and none of them hand the will or chance to take the WALK INS WELCOME signs down?Meanwhile, I had to take an elderly, dizzy man back down the steps and through the parking lot to be seen elsewhere. If you change your rules or hours, how about advertising that? Because it's been 3 weeks since and I notice the WALK INS WELCOME, NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY SIGNS ARE STILL UP. Do better. You are advertised as an urgent care."
