Reviews
"Lazy, slowly, not willing to help. Every time you should wait 30 min minimum, even if there is no one"
"Extreme long wait. Especially in drive thru. I was second in line and waited over 25 minute … left"
"Pharmacy is grossly incompetent. I was the only person in line yet still waited 10 mins before I was even acknowledged, then another 7 mins for the pharmacist to bother checking if my medication was in stock… it wasn’t."
"Efficient, responsive, timely, and respectful. Last thing one wants to deal with when sick is issues at the pharmacy, like I always did with CVS. Couldn't be happier with the switch to this Publix. Thank you for your hard work and service."
"This has always been my go to pharmacy, however, as of late they have gone through a restructure and I plan to move. Who were once quick and above board and schedule, have now devolved and been replaced with a handful of "techs" who have the combined IQ of a hamster. There is a kid, I don't think older than 18 or 19 who is a more competent tech than every other new hire combined. I have wasted vast amount of time waiting in line to: "Whoops no it isn't ready, we cant call in till 4 days+ later. Let me get another busy tech to check to make sure I am not just incompetent." Whoops, turns out you were wrong, and incompetent. I feel bad for the handful of good employees that have two braincells to rub together as a person who has worked retail for numerous years, having two+ albatrosses make you want to quit and lash out at your basic customers. It must be even more painful as pharmaceuticals require you to have skills and an education and yet still working with rotating door 10ish dollar an hour workers who won't be there in a week."
