"Customer service was horrible. I was there on Saturday afternoon. There were 2 employees. An older lady who assisted a guy and son. The other was sitting at a table. Another gentleman who was actually with me came inside. Him and I looked around the store with not 1 person asking if we needed help. An older white lady came into the store and the young lady who sat the entire time immediately got up, walked the counter, asked if she needed help, and immediately assisted her. Needless to say I will never go back!"

"Ordered and paid for a pool liner that was "in stock" in September and it's almost January...still no liner. Called several times to no answer and even went to their store and was told it would be here in 2-3 weeks, but not a peep. Now, they won't even answer. Almost 6k and can't even take the time to give me an update. They take your hard earned money...quick. at this point it's either liner, refund or court at this point!"

"Came in for the first time on Friday and will definitely be back! The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Our pool water looks better than it ever has thanks to their recommendations after they diagnosed our problem. Additionally, I actually felt safe in this store which is a rarity during this pandemic. The store has multiple measures in place to keep customers and staff safe, such as occupancy limits, social distancing markers, and signs asking customers to please not touch anything they aren’t buying. Wish more businesses were taking these precautions! Thanks!"

"So I recently called in to have a new pump and filter system installed. I called on a Monday and spoke to Beverly, and she takes my information and schedules my install for that Thursday at 4pm. Thursday morning comes and I call the store there to confirm the install, however I am told by the young lady that answered the phone that Beverly is not working and that she would call her. I was instructed to call back in 15 mins once she had time to speak with her (instead of just taking my number and calling me back). So I wait the 15 mins and then call back, a gentleman answers the phone and informs me that the first lady I spoke with got busy and was unable to speak with Beverly. Fair enough, stores get busy I understand I work in retail. So I ask the gentleman to take my number and call me once he has spoken to Beverly. I get a phone call around 2pm from Beverly who informs me that they will not be able to make it because it looks like it might rain. So at this point I'm pretty irritated because I have planned my day around this and my time was not respected at all. I call her back today in an attempt to give them a second shot at my business, and I ask if Wednesday is available. She informs me she will have to see for sure (understandable), but I also inform her of my dissatisfaction so far and instead of apologizing she wants to tell me that they "can't install in a thunderstorm". There was no thunderstorm. Needless to say, I'm taking my business elsewhere."
