"I would never recommend anyone shopping for a wedding dress to go here. If I could give them zero stars I would, because after yesterday I truly don’t even want to give them one.. This was the first place I had on my list and even told them I had never tried on wedding dresses before. The lady that helped us was dismissive, rude, discriminatory about my size and rushed me through my entire appointment. I asked for helping getting one dress on. She attempted to help me by putting it over my head. The dress got bunched up around my bust area and I told her it was caught on my bra. She proceeded to rip the dress off my body back over my head and said “this isn’t going to work I don’t know why you picked this”. She made several comments about my body and refused to let me know what could be ordered in my size. She pointed me to two racks in the back and told me that was my best option if I wanted to get a dress from them. Even if I would have found the perfect dress there, I would not have bought it I would have rather paid double somewhere else just to make sure this store did not get my business. I left feeling so defeated on a day that should’ve made me feel anything but."

"We scheduled a bridal appointment for my best friend. This was the first place we scheduled and were so excited to start the process of dress shopping. The associate that helped us was dismissive, rude, discriminatory about size, made several comments about how we need to rush because apparently 8 months isn’t enough time to find a dress and have any altered. At one point literally told us we could only shop one rack of dresses because nothing else would “work for her body type.” Even if we would have found the perfect dress there, we would have paid double somewhere else just to make sure this store did not get the sale. This experience is supposed to be magical for a bride and she felt pissed off and deflated leaving. I would absolutely warn any bride over a size 8 to not even step in as they will do nothing but ruin what should be such a special day."

"Rude associates and would give no stars if google allowed it. Would highly recommend not going here as they pressure you, rush you and make rude comments. I felt the associate only cared about selling any dress she could and get me out the door so she could make her commission. Finding your wedding dress is suppose to be a happy experience and she ruins the entire appointment w/ the I’m better than you attitude. While I may have found my dress the other two ladies w/ me will soon be looking for a wedding dress and a MOG dress and after seeing the customer service here said they would never go back as they were more upset w/ the experience than I was."

"I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. I bought my wedding dress from here but when i had the appointment to choose a dress the lady was very rude the whole time and she wouldn't let me try on any dresses I liked. She told me I coukd pick 3 from the racks and had to pick from those. Every time I put a dress on I felt very rushed and very judged. She made very rude comments when dresses didn't fit or didn't look how I wanted either. She tried to push me into buying a dress I had stated many times I hated. When I finally did choose my dress I wasn't allowed to touch or even look at any of the veils. The lady brought me 2 and I chose from those. The alterations were terrible as well. They overbooked their alterations so for the first pinning one I was rushed so much that the lady forgot to measure for certain pieces but didn't let me know this u til 2 days before I was supposed to pick up my dress. I was also told they didn't want to take any material off of thr bust of my dress because they personally thought it would take away from the look even though the extra material made my dress not fit properly. After the 2nd try on alteration appointment the lady had messed it up yet again and todsy on my final fitting whwre I took it home my dress was still very ill fitting in the bust especially since instead of taking away fabric they added 2 very thick pads making thr bust look lopsided and fake. Needless to say I will not be back here ever again and now because of them I must take my dress to another seamstress 2 weeks before my wedding date. The older lady was also rude to us on every single appointment. My advice is to not waste your time here especially for anything bridal."

"Don’t shop here unless you enjoy being judged by your looks. My oldest daughter, a good friend, and I stopped into this shop to get ideas for my 39 yo daughter’s wedding, and, no matter what price they offer on the dress of her dreams if it was there, we will never come back! After looking at the homecoming, prom, and bridesmaids dresses, we wanted to look at the wedding dresses for ideas of what my daughter likes as she doesn’t wear dresses. We were told point blank by an older woman, “You can’t go in there. We’re short handed.” I asked, “Not even to look?” “No” was the reply and my daughter said to me, “They’ve lost my business forever.” The woman then tried to get my daughter to fill a customer call back card, which my daughter just handed back to her. I pointed to a dress we could see that my daughter might like. She said she liked it, but that she wouldn’t even come back as the treatment we received was based on her judging a book by its cover. I’d give it a 0 if I could."
