"I just want to say thank you to Trudy. Today, I was told some very sad news. I had to get a prescription & the first thing she said was sorry for what I was going through before cashing me out & explaining the prescriptions. It ment A LOT to me because it was the first time I heard it all morning while at the OB office. Not my OB, not the nurse taking vitals, no one but her. Empathy goes so far, something you just can't learn in school/med school. So again, thank you... The universe is always watching & I needed that today. Stay blessed Trudy."

"Due to a mix up from the doctor's office, a prescription could not be filled for a week. The lady that helped me took it upon herself to find out what was going on and did just that. She discovered that the doctor's office had sent the script to another pharmacy. She called that pharmacy, got the script redacted from them and sent to her so that it could be filled. She went above and beyond and I appreciate it so very much."

"READ UPDATE BELOW!! I WISH I could give this place ZERO STARS!! I've been going to CONCORD PHARMACY for about five years now. They are nothing but RUDE. The TWO WOMAN that work assisting customers, should be FIRED!! They are LAZY, RUDE AND INCOMPEDENT! DO NOT even try and call ahead so your prescriptions are ready when you get there, because they just IGNORE your calls. They've IGNORED my refill requests at least 10 TIMED, and when I get there they LIE and say I NEVER CALLED. SHARON the PHARMACIST could CARE LESS that her employees do not do their jobs and that they are RUDE TO CUSTOMERS and LIE to cover up thier LAZINESS, INCOMPETENCE and their INABILITY TO DO THIER JOB CORRECTLY!! DO NOT reward these people's bad behavior. DO NOT give these people your money for them to treat you RUDELY like they treated me. TRANSFER your prescriptions as soon as possible, to ANOTHER PHARMACY! DO NOT let them cause anxiety in your life. I don't know how I don't know how they think they'll keep customers while treating them with such DISRESPECT! THEY HAVE CERTAINLY LOST MY BUSINESS!! As my Grandmother would say; GOOD RIDINCE TO BAD TRASH!! UPDATE: TODAY WHEN I CALLED THE PHARMACY I HAD TRANSFERRED MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO, THEY TOLD ME THE PEOPLE AT CONCORD, TOLD THEM THAT I HAD NO PRESCRIPTIONS FOR HALF OF MY MEDICATIONS I HAD ON FILE WITH THEM. I CALLED CONCORD TO ASK IF THEY HAD THE PRESCRIPTIONS ON FILE FOR THESE MEDICATIONS. THE PHARMACIST THAT WAS THERE WAS A SUBSTITUTE PHARMACISTS, DO TO THE REGULAR PHARMACIST, SHARON, WAS NOT THERE TODAY. BUT THAT PHARMACIST TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THE PRESCRIPTIONS THAT MY NEW PHARMACIST WAS TOLD WERE NOT ON FILE AT CONCORD WE'RE ACTUALLY THERE. THIS JUST TOTALLY CONFIRMS MY THOUGHTS THAT THE ENTIRE STAFF AT THIS PHARMACY ARE INCOMPETENT LIARS, AND SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS."

"I've received above-average customer service consistently. Keep in mind that Concord isn't like regional and national pharmacy chains: + compounding available + small staff - limited, expensive nonpharmacy items"

"Lousy.. My prescriptions was called in April 14th . The morning of April 15th, I phoned the pharmacy @ 8:30 am to inquire about my prescription. I was told it would be processed @ 11 am and ready for a 12 pm pick up. Well I arrived @ the pharmacy@5:45 pm and the prescription wasn't ready and the excuse is the meds hadn't arrived in time. Mediocre service and attitudes. Will never frequent the pharmacy again other than to purchase off the shelf items and snacks when I visit my doctors in the same medical building. Sorely dissapointed."
