"WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PHARMACY?? We used to rely on this pharmacy bc the location closest to us had terrible service and you could never get anyone in the phone to confirm your prescription was ready or transfer it if necessary. Now this pharmacy has the exact same issues. I guess we will have to search for a different option. I’m going on 21 minutes on hold right now. I’m pretty sure they keep picking up the hold and placing it back on hold without talking. Maybe to restart the clock?"

"I've called three times to reach this pharmacy and speak with pharmacist, but I've yet to successfully get through. I've been on hold 22 minutes, then hung up on; 7 minutes; and now I'm 8 minutes and counting. To make things worse, the hold music IS FUZZY AND LOUD. Who knows if I'll ever reach a pharmacist, but can't recommend based on my experience. BUT TURN HOLD MUSIC DOWN; BETTER YET TURN IT OFF!!"
