"This place doesn’t know what they are doing. This is the third time that they told me that my parents ‘ prescriptions are ready. I did ask her twice if all of the medicines are ready and I emphasized that I want to pick them up all at the same time. But when my parents went there, they said only two prescriptions are ready. Apparently my time is not as valued as their time. They don’t care about other people time or not. Dealing with these people at pharmacy is just a headache. Please do something about your communication and slackness, don’t just say “ I am sorry “ then do it again and again. I would rather see action! Bye Falicia!"
