"If i could give 0 stars i would. This is by far the most ridiculous pharmacy. They never answer the phones, drive thru is slow and half of the time never open. They will let you go days without your daily medication with no explanation as to why it hasn't been filled(because no one will answer the phone) I will be transferring my prescriptions somewhere else asap."

"Personally, over never has any issues. Thankfully, I don’t have to go often, except the kids every now and again. But, I’ve got to gripes with their customer service. But as with most pharmacies, it seems to take a while. But I’ll grant that I don’t know what they’re working on ahead of my order."

"My usual Kroger pharmacy is amazing this one is awful! Called at 11:30am to see if my prescription was ready yet, the lady said she had it in front of her and it was scheduled to be ready at 2pm. I call back at 1:40pm to ask if my prescription was ready yet and they said they didn’t have any prescriptions in the system for me. I told her how I talked to a lady this morning and it would be ready at 2pm and then my prescription magically appeared in front of her. Then my husband goes to pick up the perscription at 2pm and they said they did not have it at that location and it was at another location 200 miles away.. just doesn’t make sense how you can not give someone accurate information. Perscriptions are critical to people’s heath if you don’t receive them in a timley manner."

"What a joke not once or twice but three times have they messed up my kids medicine. And when the front tech asked the older guy in the white coat if my daughter's name was in the system he acted like he looked her up and said no but the counter guy looked again and found her so he was just trying to brush me off at first but after the guy found her he wanted to act like he wanted to help.Terrible service i will never have my doc call her again. To busy on the phone to take care of your customer and had the never to act dumb and brush people off."
