"I arrived at 8:59pm to pick up my medication which dropped off the prescription earlier but they have already closed down the registration. they can’t sell my medication to me. So I have to drive another location that open until 11pm. As a critical medical service industry, I don’t expect you work unconditionally but at least until the time listed right? Why don’t you just say you close at 8:55pm and anyone arrive after that time won’t be able to pick up the medication?"
