CVS Pharmacy

"This is one of the most incompetent staff I have ever seen! Tell me why their automated systems says it’s contacted your doctor for medication and then five weeks later still says it needs to contact your doctor for medication refills?! Also I was straight up told by a staff member that they have a bunch of inexperienced interns working the desk most of the time, who don’t understand how to operate the system and look up medications, so why aren’t you training your people?? Get it together and stop making my life worse!"

"I have been going to this pharmacy for many years, and I have always been impressed with the staff, but Sal is in a league of his own. I take a prescription that is currently in national shortage. I have been taking it every day since 2009, and prior to that, I took a similar rx. He figured out what doses he had in stock, and then worked with my doctor, on a Saturday, to ensure I did not run out of meds. He told me from now on to call him one week before it is time to pick up my rx, and he will always make sure they have it before I ever get close to running out. This is a pharmacist that cares about his customers. Sal, I am forever grateful to you. Thank you!"

"I absolutely love this CVS target pharmacy. I recently learned that my amazing pharmacist friend, Destiny, has left… but her replacement, Sal, is an amazing gentleman and worthy of filling in for Destiny until he, eventually, “replaces”… Ok. No. There is no replacing, but… I’m so happy to learn that Destiny has left to be closer to her family and her recently born amazingness that is the source of all the evidence I need to proclaim this amazing lady the best mom on earth. "Staff is courteous and professional however there is not enough. Typical big companies forcing their employees to work more with less. Target doesn't seem to understand that you don't sacrifice customer service in order to control labor costs! 22 cash registers really?? When have you ever seen more than 4 of them open!! I'm tired of having to wait in line 15+ minutes every single time I have to deal with your pharmacy because you have 1 or 2 people working in there at the most and one of them never gets off the phone! Target needs to do something about this or I will be taking my business to Walgreens!!"
