CVS Pharmacy

"This place is too slow and I'm changing pharmacies. There has only ever been one employee working at this location when I am picking up my prescriptions. Additionally they claim to call but never do. The last CVS was able to call without incident."

"Think twice about giving CVS you cell number. I had to put them on auto reject. Last time I checked my voice mail I had 14 new messages, 9 of which were from the CVS automated system. The place itself is fine, but this is the last prescription I will fill with them. 2 calls a day multiple days in a row reminding me its time for a refill is beyond my tolerance level. When I asked them about opting out, they said I had to call some 800 number. Thanks for the inconvenience."

"This is the slowest cvs pharmacy I have ever been to. They have one pharmacist working at peak times on a Thursday evening. The prescription was sent to them 3 days ago and I have been standing here waiting for 25 minutes while the pharmacist calls someone’s doctor, fills prescriptions, and deals with drop offs because CVS decided to only schedule one pharmacist."

"The pharmacists, particularly the people who stayed post-CVS acquisition, are among the kindest, most concerned and hardest-working I've known. They try very hard to have RX's ready as soon as possible, even walk-ups when they're busy. Will go to great lengths to obtain RX's /special circumstances. Clear open communication. Will call w/ details, delays, questions. Run interference w/ evil insurance company. The pharmacists here really do care about you! Demorea and Max are my heroes. BUT: my 4-stars, not 5, is because of CVS takeover. Deliberately avoided CVS for HUGE past mistakes & a care-less attitude (Ansley Mall, 30324). So be cautious lest their philosophy creeps in. Dislike CVS software "manage your RX's" feature. COMPLEX, tedious, unwieldy and creates inconvenience! Duplicates, disappears RX's. EPIC FAIL. I'm getting off of it."

"I love the staff at this target pharmacy. Demorea and her entire staff are amazing. When the insurance company failed me, the team never gave up getting me help with my medicine. If you want the best service, this is the place to go! Thanks Target Team! JTF"
