"I’m just going to make this simple. While they used to be somewhat decent, they are HORRIBLE now. Smells like urine and feces everywhere you go inside the building. Several staff members hanging around nurses station, talking, laughing, all the while SEVERAL resident alarms were going off. Nobody was rushing to any of them. & they wonder why or how residents fall or get hurt. Simply, they do NOT care and they are LAZY. My grandfather died here. What was supposed to be physical therapy turned into death. There are so many reasons why you shouldn’t put a loved one or ANYONE in this facility. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE DO NOT ADMIT ANYONE HERE IF YOU WANT THEM TO LIVE."
"They watched my grandfather “decline” on Monday night, so much so that he died. When we asked what they did when he started “declining” they said they were “watching” him. Again. He died 2 hours later. This is the most neglectful place I have ever seen. If you want your family members to never come home. This is the place to send them! I wouldn’t send my dog here. My grandpa was there to gain back his strength and was undergoing physical therapy, but somehow in 2 weeks time there, he is no longer with us. Stay. Far. Away."
"A nasty place where people are taken for the staff to watch them die. Ignore the Covid warnings on the entrance as most of the workers do not wear masks, well, until confronted, and the tramp stamped nursing director shows up to make them. So much to share to include liars, slander, abuse of technological equipment, the smell of urine/feces, alarms sounding without answer, unsafe open access, zero empathy, unprofessional leadership and an overall disgrace to the skilled nursing industry. Yes, I am the bitter bad guy. I watched a nurse enter a room labeled “bio hazard” and throw an iPad against the wall and scream “I am done! I am not doing anything else.” I ask for a supervisor phone number and a clarification on the Covid protocol. To state it went down hill from there would be an understatement. It ended with a supposed nurse observing my dad “decline”, her word, for two plus hours until his death. There is so much more to include a 911 call due to my extreme actions of asking for managers and taking pictures of mask less employees…"
"I'd give it -3 stars if I could. Horrible. My grandfather was there for rehabilitation and died...bc they are too lazy to actually check on their patients I guess they just thought here's another patient no one cares about. WRONG! my mother worked during the days and my aunt had to tend to her husband who was on hospice at the time in another state. They were his caretakers he had a broken hip and put in there for rehab so he wouldn't hurt himself at home where he was unsafe not being supervised(dementia also) IT WASNT A WEEK AND HE DIED. HE DIED FROM HIS.BODY BEING POISIONED BY HIS BOWELS BEING BACKED UP. A PAINFUL AWFUL DEATH NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ENDURE BUT HE DID BC THEY JUST IGNORED HIM ALTOGETHER. TOO LAZY TO CHECK ON HIM. THEN THEY DIDNT CALL US WHEN HE WAS UNRESPONSIVE A NURSE KNEW MY COUSIN. AND IT GOT TO HER AND SHE TOLD US VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ... WHY BE A NURSE.OR DR AND TREAT ANOTHER HUMAN THAT WAY? GOD WILL HAVE A FIELD DAY WITH PPL LIKE THAT ON JUDGEMENT DAY"
"I worked there and staff was unprofessional, coming in screaming, and being mad cause people couldn't get out of their house cause of snow. Its always drama, and never work. I wouldn't put none of mu family members in that place. But, that's just my opinion."
