"Donny Garner and his team are the absolute best in the business in Chattanooga area. Two Years ago today my family was hiding in a closet while a class 3 tornado ripped the entire second floor from our home and totaled all 4 of our vehicles. Our entire neighborhood was devistated. I called Nationwide at 3:30 am in the morning as we sifted through rubble waiting for daylight. Nationwide said do you need rentals ... I said yes,... She said 3 vehicles will be ready for you at enterprise at 9am... She stated do you need somewhere to stay ... I said yes ... She said i will have an adjuster call you first thing in the am and he will help you with everything. The next morning we were confused, lost and not sure where to go or what to do... The Claims officer Jason Cook called Very early in the am... He was very helpfull... He stated stated 3 cars are waiting for you at enterprise... He then said do you need any money... I was shocked he asked and i stated i was ok... He was persistent to send us money to help us through ... They wired it to my account within the hour, Then He stated i have a housing agent looking for a place for you... By 12:00 that day they had us in a hotel that they took care of for 2 weeks... Then they stated its going to be a while for you to rebuild or find a place so lets find you a rental house so you and your family are comfortable. They put us in a Rental in North Chattanooga where we stayed for 7 or 8 months... Nationwide took our hand and helped us through the entire process... We never had to argue, fight or worry .. They took care of everything... Many people within our subdivision on the other hand had all different types of insurance and almost every story i heard was that they had to fight for everything. Almost all of them were responsible for finding their own places to stay right after the tornado, and i didnt find a single that stated that the insurance company forwarded them money to make sure they were ok.... This is an Exceptional Company and when it really matters they stepped up and did everything to make our tragic situation easier. I share this story of the amazing treatment we received with everyone and many have switched to Nationwide.
