"I don't have a car, and todayi got a ride to get my BP medicine that I have been without for 3 days, my brother ran in for me at least 3 minutes before closing and the gate was down. The two woman were very unprofessional. If the pharmacy closes at 6, then that when the window should close, not a moment before. Very irritated."

"I usually don’t have an issue with this place but they were on some other stuff this morning. They opened late (9:06a to be exact) and then both workers walk in with Chic-fil-a. Then opened and said I still had to wait for them to reboot the system. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate of my time. I waited in line for 30 minutes and another worker walks in with breakfast and coffee like they just taking they precious time."

"I have a concern that I need addressed. Did Walgreens discontinue use of manufacturer coupons at their stores, namely P&G manufacturer coupons? P&G had a recall for several products I've bought from Walgreens and used. I chose to be compensated in the form of manufacturer coupons, and was blatantly and rudely denied. Excuses were we do not accept these coupons, our systems change a lot, these never worked here. I was mortified that you sold products from P&G that were recalled and now you refused to honor their coupons! What is ridiculously worst, is that my husband went to the same Walgreens a month before and used 2 P&G manufacturer coupons with no issues. Yet today I was rudely denied at the same Walgreens. I started thinking that it must be the color of my skin, because my husband has a different color and he had no issues. I refuse to believe that Walgreens discriminate, so that leaves untrained and ignorant staff. Today is March 27th and the coupons expire on March 31st. By the time you respond or even pay this message any mind the date would be long gone. Teach your staff to be kind and helpful!! I left feeling like I could have cried because I was made to feel embarrassed about these coupons, which were rightfully sent to me because I bought defective/harmful products at your store."
