"1-1.5 hr wait after appointment time for vaccinations. Takes 30mins on phone to confirm if prescription was received. They have no idea when prescription fill be filled. And not just once but every single interaction. No wonder they have 2.3 Google rating. Extremely pathetic waste of time and money!"

"Unbelievably terrible service If I could give this specific Walgreens a negative 5 stars for the ridiculously poor service they provided during our last visit, I would. Taking time to write this review to help others when they are selecting a medical services provider. Here is the scenario. My wife wanted to confirm the negative COVID test result from a home COVID test so she made a testing appointment with the Walgreens at 2464 Roswell Rd, Marietta, GA 30062 on June 9th, 2022 @ 9:30 a.m. I have COVID am recovering, masking and isolating at home. My wife is feeling very poorly so we wanted to confirm her negative COVID home test before an upcoming Dr. appointment to have the data needed to determine the best treatment option for her. We were told to go through the drive through to receive the test. When we arrived for our appointment there were two cars in front of us. The staff took 45 min to process these two cars. When it was our turn the team member told us that their PCR testing machine was down so they could not administer the test. I asked why they did not notify us to re-schedule since we had an appointment (and they had my wife's contact details). The team member just shrugged her shoulders. I suggested that notifying waiting COVID testing customers that the COVID testing machine was down and their appointment needed to be re-scheduled would be a way to improve their process. No response from the team member. We left."

"I wish I had heeded all the 1-star reviews. Went for a Covid test appointment. They told me after asking me to wait for them for over 20 min that I had to come back in an hour because the nurse practitioner wasn’t in?! Excuse me? I mean I’d be okay if they told me as I pulled in. But apparently the customer is just an afterthought. Avoid this location! Guess what? I’m glad I didn’t go back in an hour. I learned that the nurse practitioner wasn’t in for the whole day!"

"This pharmacy is terribly inefficient. It regularly takes over 30min to just pick up a prescription in the drive through line (with only 1-2 people in front of me). Also, they never seem to have the medications I need in stock. When they order them, they don’t fill until I call to check on why the delay has been so great (typically 5-7 days after the RX has been dropped off). I don’t know if it is a staffing issue or work flow problem, but it certainly is frustrating."
