"Small trucking companies BEWARE they will lure you in with a cheap rate and then every year you have to renew they up your rate. They keep your discount as their commission. Also if you want to keep your insurance company you have to keep them as your broker. They lie also. They will also block other brokers from giving you renewal quotes as they can block them so basically you are stuck with these jerks. Then they make you provide your drivers own MVR’s and just are horrible to deal with. Now got stuck with them. Just money hungry liars…USE ANOTHER BROKER DO NOT GO WITH THEM."
"Anyone is better. Random cancellations on cargo, surcharges kept and not paid forcing early cancellations, zero refunds on overpayments. Total losses not removed from policies. You will be UNDER insured. We have a Fleet of 10 and we couldn't wait to run back to progressive, thats saying a lot. Ethan is awesome. His staff is probably the worst. It's too bad for him."

"08/28/23 All American Logistics This renewal has been the worst experience from our Broker Hailey starting with submitting new insurance on 08/01/23 and our insurance expiration deadline was 08/02/23. We provided her an update early July and hope that she could get us a insurance policy that we were looking for weeks went by, and we never heard back from her. I reached out to her once again to ask her about the renewal. It seems like we were forced to renew back with the insurance company we had because it was so close to the deadline. Hailey was able to find us a policy. Of course everything was done last minute she had our driver and equipment, mixed up with another carrier and repeatedly told her that she had the wrong information that she needed to fix it. Hailey response was let’s just get the policy paid and we can edit no problem. It took three times to get the quote, correct and still after submitting everything and collecting equipment and drivers correctly. we had to deal with a temporary policy number Which it took one week to correct and during that week we couldn’t work because the brokers knew that was not correct. And we finally got the policy number corrected days later we added submitted Owner Operator with his unit in which we sent over the proper documentation for approval and he came back as. Driver does meet qualifications we move forward to pay the down payment of $2097.75 and A few days later, we received an email that the Owner Operator is disqualified because of his age and he needed a long form that long form and a was provided by fax from the clinic and still was declined. So the Owner Operator insurance got canceled and we were put on the spot to refund his money. Then we contacted our account manager that handles all of these issues and told us that this money was in process of refund to pay to us because this was our policy. once again after a couple of days, we got another email saying that the money that was put as a down payment will be applied to the balance of another unit. So it went from refunding our money to applying it to another units balance which shouldn’t be be that after telling us by email that the refund is in process and I suggested to use that refund to add another vehicle in which case I never got a response. for us it’s easier to use that money to replace the one we lost But once again, they decide to apply it to the balance that has nothing to do, and puts us in a bind of paying another down payment to add another truck.. when all of this could have been avoided, if from the beginning they could have issue us a driver and equipment qualifications. Even our account manager said that Hailey was supposed furnished. up to this day which is almost a month from the renewal we still don’t have it. I would not recommend Reliance Partners to anyone. It’s bad enough that we’re dealing with a recession, high fuel, low rates and brokers ripping us off small companies Like ours this puts us in a bind. we have been struggling to survive and mistakes like this can easily push us to close. But these companies they don’t care they don’t realize and they don’t take responsibility for their employees that represent them and all they’re doing is screwing us like we have extra resources to pay for their mistakes. I would not even give a single start to this company has been the worst experience and probably my last. There’s a good chance we may not even make it because of this mistakes we lost a week of work with the policy and almost $2100 Down payment with their mistake."
