"Very disappointed in their service. Had them for 8 years Went to file my 1st claim and they told me that because I backed up into my husbands patrol vehicle that they would not cover the damages. The cars were in the driveway! They said that because there's a clause in their policy that excludes company vehicles.....my husband and I have have clean history and the only reason for this claim was because it was a police vehicle. The claims representative was not helpful and was very rude. Called my local agent to have him investigate and call me back. Never happened.
