Walmart Pharmacy

"Whoever the manager was at this pharmacy on 12/5/23 was very Rude and disrespectful. I was standing in line before 7pm. Waiting in that long line to get my daughter prescription just to say at 7 pm we're closed come back tomorrow. Which I thought wasn't fair cause we was in the line before 7 pm. The right thing to do was to service the people that was there before time to close. The doctor sent the prescription electronically so I couldn't even go anywhere else. I think that was bad business and the people y'all hired need to be train better. I definitely gone rethink this pharmacy, I don't like to support bad businesses"

"Messed up my medication , telling me my medication is invalid because it was “written last year” . I don’t know how that’s possible after watching the doctor write the prescription right in front my face and giving it to me. Pharmacist on duty and on one of the other pharm tech staff we’re very rude and condescending."

"Thank you Zina for allowing me to keep my dignity with your caring service. I always have a wonderful expirience at this pharmacy location. All the staff is very kind and helpful. Especially Zina, She is always very knowledgeable and gentle with information she provides, I never leave with questions unanswered. This location has been with me through my toughest of time in life and has seen me slowly but surly recover."

"While there is sometimes a wait due to demand, the staffing shortage that every industry is going through and the fact that there’s always a rude customer causing a stink, the pharmacy techs and pharmacists have always been kind and efficient. They fill my dogs medication and are always in a good mood when I speak to them. Don’t wait until you are out of medication to refill your meds, it is not the pharmacy techs fault that you did not plan again and now have to wait."

"Edit: staffing has gotten better since I posted the original review. The pharmacy staff is also very caring and diligent. Original review below for transparency. ---- Hope you're patient, this pharmacy is critically and persistently understaffed. Even during peak hours, they often have only a single person working the desk. A line of just a handful of people can take over an hour to get through, and since they don't have separate pick-up and drop-off lines, you'll get to wait again when you go to pick up. Recommend finding another pharmacy."
