"Idiots and unorganized. Didn't ask me my current meds and prescribed me meds that had serious interactions with each other. Told me to test myself knowing the test now dont work with the eris strain. The one receptionist is smartelic donkey, she worked 8-23-23 in the evening. Glasses. You suck. Horrible person and shouldn't work with the public."

"I have never had a bad experience at Family Healthcare. They get you in and out as fast as possible, they listen to what you have going on, they treat you or write what meds you need, and you are on your way. I have had a work physical done there, multiple (20+) Covid-19 tests done there, and had several sick visits. Each time the staff was courteous and did a great job. Just yesterday, I had to be seen there for an allergic reaction that was triggering some asthma problems. They got me in quick, and gave me a steroid shot, and wrote me some new inhalers. This morning, I feel good as new. I highly recommend them. Nurses are great, Dr.’s are great, and the location is really convenient for me to stop by before or after work depending on which shift I am on that day."

"The PAs here are absolutely horrible. Takes a very long time to see a PA and they do very little to help you when they do see you. They also refuse to give anything for pain even they know you need them. They stereotype you by treating you like a drug addict. I'm now finding myself having to go to Huntington in order to get proper care .Don't come here!!!!"
