"The Kroger too busy to care. Despite trying to get my prescriptions synched for many months and having been told by Kroger that they are synched, I still have to come back 3-4 times every Month to get a full set of Monthly prescriptions. Just one more aggravation and a pain in my rear. Today I was told that they do not synch prescriptions. They’d told me over a year ago that they did and a sign inside says they do but I could never get them to. They would say it’d take several cycles to get them synched, but after a year, they never have. Still not synched as of Aug 1, 2022. As of today Aug 6, 2022 I continue to be jerked around by this Pharmacy ( and maybe partly by my Medical Provider. All I know is that I cannot count on things to go smoothly or consistently. I’ve been attempting to get refills. Sometimes it goes smoothly, sometimes they’ll say they’ll call the Doctor for a refill, but if their first call fails to get results, they’ll wait until I come back to tell me. In some cases I’ve had to come back 3-4 times just to get a prescription refilled. I hate it to the point that I sometimes wonder if they are just trying to get me in the store to buy something. Quite the opposite. These Pharmacy problems cause me to NOT shop in the Grocery as much as I used to. Now another problem has popped up. Somehow, after using this pharmacy for several years, when I try and order through my phone, it’ll ask me for a prescription number. When I provide the number, it says it does not recognize my phone number that I’ve used for years. I tried to straighten out the problem with the pharmacy. They said they could not fix it and referred my to Kroger’s 800 number. I called it and waited in the queue for about 15 minutes only to be tranferred again and again to ‘customer service’ reps who couldn’t fix it so they transferred me again and again. I never did get a resolution. I guess the answer is to find a new pharmacy that is not Kroger."

Between Maggie & all of the pharmacy team, NO words can adequately suffice, so I shall simply say.... these are the kindest, most EPIC, human heroes! "This pharmacy is great. I used to use CVS but could never get anyone to pick up the phone and constantly had to wait or was told they were out of certain medications. I don't have those issues here and I get fuel points for prescriptions for being a Kroger plus member. No complaints. Staff is always accomedating."

"I got turned away from getting my covid 19 shot. There was no line & 6 to 7 employee's working in there. I got both first shots no problems there just walking up during last year. Not sure what this places problem is now but I'm sure there just throwing the shots in the trash when there are people who need them. The government should find a honest partner to handle the responsibility of disrabution if they don't want to be bothered . Not everyone has access to computers & it is a declared health emergency in this country.."
