"They are more concerned with going to lunch in 20 mins then filing an order that was already sent over electronically! Patients are sick and in pain, but I guess their break time is absolutely more important. Don't they take an oath too?"
"Worst Unprofessional Pharmacy. People Who Arent Certified Filling Scripts and Losing Insurance Information. Walmart should close this place"
"So I go to get my Covid 19 Pfizer Booster today and the woman tells me that the computer isn’t going to allow her to give me the booster because I have to wait 6 months. CDC says 5 months. I told her that it changed just in case she was not aware. Well she told me the computer would not let her do it. I kindly left. Walmart Fayetteville knew the new updates with the Covid 19 Booster and without incident gave me my life saving Booster. Pharmacist and techs should always know the updates to these vaccines. This is a life and death situation in some people why would you give wrong information carelessly without looking into it first. Just denying people because you have the information all wrong. We need more educated techs behind those glasses man we can’t be giving wrong information and when I called to inform her that I just received my booster so the computer may need to be updated she hung up. Wrong and rude as hell. If you can afford to drive a couple miles to Fayetteville they entire Walmart is different and nice too."
"The female pharmacist Latisha B on more then 4 occasions was very rude to me and unprofessional. She would tell me when I would ask her about my medication interactions with other meds to not ask her because she does not know. She never bothered to look it up in there data base. She has also told me more then 8 times over this year when I called in to see what time my medication would be ready to pick up that she is swamped and it will be 5 to 6 hours only for me to find on 2 occasions only one costumer was in line.Thats because I was already at store nearby when I called and didn't want to drive all the way home then come back. She cannot be trusted as a professional pharmacist and is also often rude.Shes told me once I can always go to another pharmacy.Ive been with Walgreens for over 30 years I don't deserve to be mistreated . The male pharmacist is always friendly and professional and will answer any questions concerning my meds."
"I am regular customer here but that will stop today. I will drive back to stone mountain before ever coming here again and thay walmart is 50 mins from me. This Walmart never as the meds. Always say its a waiting list. They will send out these texts about order ready for pick-up. When i get to the parking area and call to have it brought out to me it takes anywhere from 45 mins to a hour. I am so disappointed with this community Walmart."
