"Called to see if they had a medication in stock. Med is apparently in short supply, and our current pharmacy has not been able to get it. Publix pharmacy won’t even tell me if they have it in stock without having the doctor cancel the previous prescription and write a new one to Publix, and only then potentially find out that they can not get the medication either. Great customer service (not). Just lost a potential long term family of prescriptions."
