"I have been working for Diversified Assessment Therapy services in the ABA clinic for 1.5 years. The company is ran well and everything is so tightly ran. I love working here. I was discussing with some coworkers how ABA can sometimes get a bad rap if not handled well and compassionately. My favorite thing about working here and doing direct therapy services here is how person-centered it is for the children. We do not believe in changing the child, but rather working through behaviors in a manner that allows for the child to increase their communication and learn how to express their needs which inevitably reduces behaviors. I love it here and I love how compassionate the company is towards children. Beyond this, we offer an amazing program for CSED children which is doing extraordinary things in the community for children who need it most! Highly recommend using this company and/or working for this company!"

"Worst place to work, if you want a management team that is supportive and care about their employees. Worked 160 hours in two weeks, called me when I took a little vacation, never gave me my benefits package (I was there for a year and worked full time the entire time), had to demand my raise after being promised for 3 months that I would get one (they denied this). Was put into a higher role only so I would quit, and pushed me to the limit, management is horrible and only care about themselves. Refuse to answer calls, or fix time when short, if you are stuck at a house for a staff member not showing up, you have to stay according to them and if you’re there for 24 hours then you have to clock out at hour 17 and work for free rest of time. They do not care about their clients at all, only the money they make off of them and their guardians (if they have any)."

"Management was great at first. Then just went down hill. No one wants to return your calls. BSP never does their jobs.. Supervisors have no idea what’s going on in any houses.. they pick favorites.. will push an push for you do overtime an when you tell them no they basically wash their hands with you an you will never get any help from them again... was very great at first. But sucking management ruins everything!"
