"The Asian woman at the front desk in the pharmacy is RUDE! No customer service skills! Greet your customer and try to assist before you cut them off."
"This rating is for Walgreens and not for the hard working pharmacists. I had a vaccine appointment at 6:40pm and it took them 40 minutes to even get my insurance info. I had to then wait another 30 minutes before I was vaccinated. The two pharmacists had to service at least 40 customers during this period. How can they be so understaffed during peak windows?"
"Every time I have used the pharmacy, they have been professional and have filled my perscription as timely as they could. If there has been an issue woth a perscription it has been from my physician side. Filing a perscription as a walk in and expecting them to get it to you in 10mins is kinda ridiculous. Even though they have done this in the past, it is nothing I would ever expect them to do. Who knows how many perscriptions they have to fill in a day and then on top of it they now have to do a ton of covid testing and vaccines. People in the health care field are doing their best right now, how about giving them a little bit of patience. Thank you for what you do."
"I went to the Piedmont QuickCare center in Walgreens two weeks ago. When I went, she was rude and dismissive of me, her name is Teresa. I think that she discriminates towards Asian people, so don't go there if you are Asian. Because today, I saw her that she treated very kindness to other races. It is very sad about I did nothing to her but she treated me very rude and ignored. I think this is really hate Asian crime in our normal life. I already lefted reviews at Pidmontquickcare center. I am very confused is she which place employees. She is also very angry explain that this is separate place to be piedmont. but I saw today she talk to Walgreens parmarcy employee and customers."
