"I just found out that Bowdon pharmacy led me to believe for an entire year my prescriptions were being covered by my insurance. I recently switched to CVS hoping that my prescriptions would be less and they are now considerably lower. Never once did bowdon pharmacy advise they didn’t accept my insurance even when I questioned why my copay was so high. I can only believe they intentionally deceived me. I spoke with the Pharmacist regarding my insurance not being accepted and all he had to say was “…but our prices are low.” They are super nice to your face but cannot get away with being deceptive behind your back. Make sure you double check they accept your insurance!"

"Not so impressed yet. I've never been told by a pharmacy that a patient on HOSPICE care could only have the cheapest brand of medication offered. They said because hospice will not pay for a better quality brand. Yet a close friend that recently passed on hospice receive the brand he requested. The FACT IS, some generic brands are NOT as effective as brand name. However, we arent event requesting a NAME BRAND. Just a KNOWN BRAND. The delivery is timely & friendly. Its just frustrating to try to speak for the person sick..."
