"During my interactions with the receptionist, Its always distasteful. We’re always met with rudeness and a lack of empathy. Despite my efforts to make a payment, I was made to feel uncomfortable and was forced to call back to rearrange the payment. Additionally, I encountered difficulties in the past scheduling appointments for my child and myself, as well as delays of at least an hour at every appointment. While the assistants and doctors were kind and supportive, the behavior of the front office staff is consistently unprofessional. I believe that the quality of service and treatment I have received does not meet the standards I expect from a healthcare provider."
