"This was the best experience I've ever had resurfacing a pool. Everyone did exactly what they promised. The communications was outstanding. Every phone call, text or email was responded to quickly, if not immediately, including Saturdays! The pool finish looks great. The lines are crisp and clean. We used Wet Edge finish and replaced the tile. Drained the pool, tore out old JewelScapes finish and tile, rebonded, retiled, resurfaced, and refilled in 2 weeks flat (we had perfect weather). We had a concierge in house, a project manager that visited our job daily and was always available. All crews protected our existing pool deck, yard, etc. We're still filling with water so will post a finished photo later. We couldn't be happier with the project and Pearl Pools. A+++"

"We used Pearl Pool to renovate our old pool from the 1980's. Pearl did new 6x6 tile, new 9" Academy brick coping, sandblasted old plaster/old paint and replaced with WetEdge Signature Matrix pebble (Picasso Blue). We are two months in and it looks great! Mark (sales rep) was very knowledgable about the product. Mark made multiple trips out to ensure we were confident with our choices. Craig (operations manager) was very responsive. He quickly responded to my questions and kept me in the loop. There was a minor issue with the tile around one of the skimmers. I told Craig about it. He immediately came out, inspected it, and fixed it the next day. Having an old pool, I was nervous about all of the extra "what ifs" that could occur - cracks, leaks, hollow plaster, etc. Craig got the job done ahead of schedule, there were zero issues, and he never added any extra items to our contract or try to sell me on any extra repairs. In terms of the plaster, I did the start up procedure (Craig was happy to give advice on that as well) and I've had no issues. The WetEdge looks great and is not rough on the feet. The crew also did a good job cleaning up. There was very little dust, sand, etc. in the pool. We are looking forward to the summer and highly recommend Pearl Pool Plastering! 10 out 10."
