"Everything was fine. But for the price, I was expecting more, ya know. More flavor. A better atmosphere. The menu was way too big. It needs consolidated. I will say the waitress and dessert gave it an extra star! I'm hoping they find this review, not harsh, but honest feedback. They are new, so hope to see improvements to change review."

"My first visit here since they opened. We were seated quickly in the front eating area. Very plain decor in this area, however I was informed by my wife that the dining area in the back is decorated nicely. Our server was polite and efficent. I ordered the lasagne and my wife had Ravioli. She siad the Ravioli was good, my lasagne was okay but a little bland for me."

"UPDATE 10/05/23 I gave them my second try. I got a steak, and it was cooked just right. It was pretty good except for the fact that I put pepper on it, thinking it was salt. Nevertheless, this experience was much different than the first. We did get a new waitress that was obviously green. However, she was very attentive and eventually got us what we needed. Good for her for trying so hard. Keep it up you'll get there. Also, the fly situation was much better. Still, they need to continue to work on that. The wife loved the garlic mashed potatoes and veggies. All in all, it's pretty good. Give it a try. Mixed Experience at Thiagos I recently dined at Thiagos, and while the service was commendable, my overall experience fell short of expectations. The staff was attentive and courteous, demonstrating a genuine effort to provide a positive dining experience. However, I must admit that the food didn't meet the mark. The dishes were not cooked correctly and lacked the expected flavors that Italian cuisine is known for. Additionally, the presence of flies was a noticeable inconvenience. It's clear that both the owners and the staff are putting in a lot of effort, but unfortunately, the restaurant's offerings and ambiance are not yet at the desired level. I hope that with time, Thiagos can refine its culinary offerings and address these issues to truly shine as an Italian dining destination."
