Our office hours are Monday to Wednesday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm, and one Saturday a month from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We are closed on Sundays. You can download and fill out our forms from our website, or bring them with you to your next appointment. Adobe Acrobat Reader is required to view and print the forms.

"Dr. Leydecker is the best. Everybody is helpful but if you need a receipt for you HSA the system cannot provide it for an specific day. Also, I went there for 10 years recently I missed an appointment and the system did not allow for me to schedule if I did pay over the phone (I was never late with payments) since I need to pay with HSA and they cannot provide the valid receipt I have to look for other dentist :(. But thank you for being great :)"
"Very kind staff and patient staff. Milky was my hygienist and it was great. He was very gentle and it didn’t hurt at any point. My teeth feel very clean and they are so much whiter the next morning. Didn’t try to tell my I had all these extra cavities to make more money. Would definitely recommend."

Even helped to devise a plan that works with my insurance so that I won't have to spend as much out of pocket. Detail oriented and thorough. "I highly recommend Infinite Smiles in Johns Creek, GA. Dr. Matthew Katz is a Dentist I trust. I have been a client of his for the past 7 years and have been consistently impressed by his professionalism. He is one of the best dentists I have seen period and I'm in my mid-50s. A few years ago I had to have a crown replaced and he did excellent work. My dental hygienist Marie Lawrence is one of the best hygienists I have ever had. I love the fact that I have had the same excellent hygienist for 7 years. That's almost unheard of! Having the same dentist and hygienist team makes a world of difference because it gives you consistency of care. I trust them implicitly with helping me maintain my dental health which is crucial to my overall health. I give both of these professionals my Highest Rating."
