"DO NOT GO HERE. they made a simple extraction into a huge hassle and now i have to get oral surgery because of their lack of process and attention. They drilled my implant too far in and when i scheduled an appt to explain the pain, they disregarded it. Eventually the implant came out by itself in a very painful way, however the amount the drilled in to get the extraction in was too much and almost hit my nerve (which can make you paralyzed) avoid this place at all cost"

"Park Village Dental was impressive from start to finish. When I walked in I felt immediately comfortable from the calming aesthetic of the lobby and the warm greeting at the front desk. The equipment was state of the art and very clean!!Jay Ahmed and his team were extremely professional and knowledgeable. When my appointment was over I felt very at ease. Thank you for clearly addressing my oral diagnosis and devising a plan that works within a reasonable budget. I will be a returning patient."

"STAY AWAY !! THIS PLACE IS A POSSIBLE DENTAL MALPRACTICE !! I'm seriously thinking about filing a dental/medical malpractice suit and report Dr. Ahn to the Georgia Board of Dentistry to have him suspended or revoke his license. The last time I was here for root canal, I jumped out of my seat 3 times due to the shock from the pain when Dr. Ahn was drilling my tooth. He is not a root canal specialist, endodontist, and he tends to rush the process as this place is usually overbooked !! He also put on a bridge as opposed to individual crowns when I had all of my 3 teeth. As if this wasn't bad enough, the bridge feels tight indicating the bridge may not be properly fitted. I went back and complained about this and he did absolutely NOTHING !! There's a possibility that I may now need to remove the bridge and get implants for all 3 teeth, which will cost a fortune in the long run not to mention time and pain this will cause !! And the VERY RUDE staff wanted to charge me for this visit. This place is all about MONEY !! There are a lot of good dentists out there who charges a lot less than this place. It just takes time to find a good one. Good luck and all the best !!"

"The office staff was pleasant. However, Dr. Ahn was not. He has a high turnover rate for hygienists and charges a higher rate for dental services than most offices. Having had previous experience as a dental office coordinator, he focuses on production and lacks a moral compass and it is evident on his crass bedside manner."

"Really enjoy the staff, service, and location. I've been very happy with each staff member from reception to dentist. Taking off one star because although I'm scheduling 6 months - sometimes 3 months out, when they do the appointment reminder/confirmation the week before the appointment, the time I'm scheduled for does not match. It isn't more than an hour different, but I put the date and time into my calendar and am planning around that. If I don't notice the confirmation time being different or didn't update the calender, I could end up late or miss my appointment altogether."
