"I really want to love this place. The owner is super friendly and the place is cozy and reminiscent of classic trattorias. But I have to say, the carbonara was pretty bad. Watery and overcooked. I’m hoping their other dishes are great and I’m certainly willing to give them another shot. Please fix the carbonara!(the pasta you used was too thin and mushy, maybe try a rigatoni. If you can’t get guanciale use pancetta, more black pepper and pecorino) :)"

"This place is amazing! Everything is made from scratch and absolutely delicious. My girlfriend and I went on a Saturday night when they have a fixed menu and we were reluctant because she has some food allergies and intolerances. The owner was SUPER accommodating and she made some items just for her. We had an amazing time and I can’t say enough good things about the food and Emily! You can tell this is her passion! I wish we didn’t live 6 hours away or we would be there much more often! Keep up the great work, Emily, we look forward to coming back to Athens!"
