"Paint This! initially seemed a great way to spend the afternoon with my niece. I agree with other reviewers that even though they had several workers, they were uninterested in helping customers. The real problem arose when I went to pick up the items. They couldn't find the cat my niece had painted. She was devastated, since she had worked so hard on the item. They refunded the $12 dollars for the cat, but did not refund the cost of the hour painting. So essentially, I would have to pay to pay for ANOTHER hour of painting to replace what they lost. When I asked nicely, the girl dismissed me and said "sorry, that's the best I can do." When I asked if they would call if they found the missing cat I was told, "Uh, I guess so." Ultimately, an relatively expensive waste of time. They need more involved workers, and a better organizational system if they are going to charge their current prices. Customer service was terrible."

"Came over the weekend with some girlfriends, we were put on a wait list, but the wait wasn't too bad, and we were able to paint. The staff provided instructions on how to use the paints and tools. After the ceramics were ready after a few weeks, we were super satisfied with our pieces."

"Was a very cute spot and reasonably priced! No way to reserve a time to paint online or in advance, which is inconvenient if you are on a time constraint. We waited an hour and a half. They also don’t notify you when your pottery is ready for pick-up. You have to call them to continually check-in on the status of your pottery. Overall a good experience, but there are some elements that could be improved."

"I love this place!! The atmosphere is amazing, they have every material you could think of, and the staff is great. No matter your skill level there's a project you can do! I took my toddler and she had a blast while I painted as well. If you need an hour or less it's just $8, but if you'd like to spend the whole day it's only $12. Great pricing for a great time! I'd definitely recommend to anyone who's looking for a fun relaxing activity."

"Had a fun time with my girlfriend here! It was $20-30 per person. The items took 2 weeks to get back. Staff said the the ceramics are safe for food, drink, and the microwave."
