"There are some good doctors there but the office is not run well. Communication is bad. Communication with pharmacies, hospitals and other entities need upgraded. They need to pay for some better staff. Plus the lab worker has NEVER been on time in the morning when I’ve been there. Stop promoting your lab and allow people to go someplace else if you can’t or won’t fix it. Hopefully an owner will read this soon because I’m pretty sure my last review is mysteriously gone."

"This was a great place to go for many years. It seems now most of the staff supporting the Dr’s have really been quite rude as of late (Not All) not only to me but members of my family as well. Getting tests results used to be fast & courteous but now I usually have to call them & it seems I’m a bother to them when I call. Some Dr’s seem unclear on CDC guidelines for Covid & other vaccinations as well. Different answers from different Dr’s. Most Nurses there have 0 people skills & talk down to people & tell us conflicting info vs the Dr’s. It seems they are trying to weed out any patients on any form of a controlled substance also. They will not accept any new patient if they are on a single controlled medication & they are over drug testing anyone they can to get some money it seems. They had their own lab & most insurers stopped covering the costs. Now they brought in a company in house for labs. They are making $$ off of that I found as well. Dr. visits now make our family feel quite rushed compared to the past. Lots of “Red Flags” popping up. Concerned & looking elsewhere for a PCP for our family. Mistakes have been made with 2 members of our family in the last few months alone, one which was dangerous. I feel my gut started telling me to get my family out around 6-8 months ago due to miscommunication and disorganization at first but now it seems it has spiraled far worse. When our child was recently yelled at by a Nurse for them dare asking a question? That did it…"

"Not blaming the Drs but this appears to be the worst run office of all time. The never call back. If you have a problem you have to keep calling and calling! This most definitely needs to be addressed! Looking for a new primary care asap!"

"These folks have no regard for anyone else's time but their own. An appointment time to see the doctor is just that, not to start the paper work process. Showed up 30 min early to take care of that."
