"They’re never on time with appointments. Currently sitting here writing this & the doctor is nearly an hour late. However if I were late it would be a different story smh. Appointment? More like disappointment."

"My mother goes to the Teays Valley site. Family Medicine. I being her daughter am forever on the phone, for weeks on end trying to get any test result, referral, anything else for that matter. I have reached out twice with formal complaints. The Dr. seems fine, it's that office staff from the nurse on down. They have to realize not everyone have Internet."

"I see Ryan Anderson, Terra Oney, and Dr. Yolanda Campbell. All three provide exemplary service, especially compared to my former doctors at Cabell. If you are looking for care for PCOS, Hashimotos, etc. and providers who will listen - they are IT. Ryan recommended I see Tera because she would be able to help me with my PCOS, and she has done wonders. He also was the first provider to listen to me about my Hashimotos symptoms and run thorough blood work. Previously I was dismissed and told to “eat less move more” and “nothing will show up because my TSH is normal”. Dr. Campbell has been kind and listened and helped me get my pcos initially starting to be under control with metformin, whereas my previous provider “couldn’t do anything unless I came off of birth control or was ready to have kids” and sent me to two dieticians although I expressed repeatedly I was eating healthy. My only issue is Walmart has repeatedly told me they have had issues getting my PA’s sent through and it’s caused multiple delays in my prescriptions"

"Dr. Knowles is awesome! But the lab part is very unprofessional and rude. Also I still have not received any call about my daughters blood work and when calling neuro science department i never get the nurse to answer to read results nor do I ever get a call back . Very unprofessional to me"
