Walmart Pharmacy

"I did my shopping this Saturday at Walmart to accommodate the pharmacy lunch hours that is scheduled between 1:30-2pm. I stopped at the pharmacy at exactly 2:55pm only to find it closed. I started looking for their listed lunch hours because I knew it was from 1:30-2pm. However, they have written with a sharpie on their hours of operation sign that their lunch hours: 1:30-2pm and that they are closed from 11-11:30am & 3:00-3:30pm. That’s must be new & I actually was there at 2:55 pm and they were already closed… I took a picture of their sign but I can’t paste it here. The pharmacy manager is a very kind person but these closing hours are not convenient."

"Went in today to return a Litte Tikes red swimmer vest, I have the receipt (the Holly Springs location had “hand typed” this item in at self checkout) but they couldn’t put the money on the card I bought the vest with. Took them 30mins to figure out all this, I also called Walmart’s customer service number to help the Team Leads and regular employee out but they didn’t acknowledge the person on the phone. They just gave me a store credit and didn’t even ask me (communicate at all/let me know what they are doing), horrible experience and service, no one knows how to do their job here it’s so weird, but also no one is accountable for anything besides the customer But this all wouldn’t happen if the Holly Springs location didn’t “hand type” my item in"

"I needed insulin. Badly. Two people behind the counter, but said that they were "closed for lunch". Not impressed. If I go to a pharmacy during normal business hours, I expect to be able to get a non-prescription item. I think I will do best to switch to a real pharmacy."

"Majority of the time, they are incredibly on-point and courteous at this location's pharmacy. One or two random times, some clerical error caused some minor annoyance or delay. It was apparently not enough of an issue for me to even recall the specifics of it. Even on the busiest of days, though, I've never had a wait time for a pickup longer than one hour."
