"First time at Dr. Nathen Peters office, located in Buckhead. I was greeted warmly when I walked in and the front desk was informative about my prices and the office was on time when my scheduled appt. I had Hannah as my hygienist, she was great. I felt very comfortable with her and my teeth felt great after the cleaning. Dr. Nathen came in for my exam explained to me what needed to be done and showed me pictures, so I knew he was honest. Overall I had a great experience and scheduled out my next appt in six months."
"I needed an emergency root canal and Dr. Peters made time to see me the same day despite being fully booked. His staff was extremely courteous and I was seen in less than 10 minutes. I don't normally write reviews, but I was so impressed that I felt obligated to do so. Dr. Peters conducted the procedure smoothly and was very attentive and understanding of all my post op questions/concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Peters to anyone and I will surely be returning for my next dental exam."
"I have been a patient of alpine dental and Dr Peters multiple times over the past few years. I have stuck with his office because I have been very pleased with the overall service. To start his staff is very friendly. And to be honest scheduling is not always the easiest thing for me as I don’t always have available time slots due to my schedule. So far, they have been very accommodating and squeezed me in multiple times. I had an emergency last year where I chipped one of my teeth, I called the office the next day and they had me come in the same day and made it happen. Dr. Peters is always a cheery and joyful character. He makes me feel very at home. He filled in my chip with some composite and made my smile Look as good as new. I couldn’t be happier. Usually for higher quality service you have to pay more too but everything has been more than fair pricing wise. Going to the dentist is never something you look forward to, but honestly I never feel uncomfortable going to alpine dental. I appreciate Dr. Peters for that. Seeing some of these low grades on his reviews really shocks me because it truly does not represent Dr Peters or his office. Take a trip there and find out for yourself!"
"I have been a client at Alpine For 2 years now and I couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Dr. Peters does very well with helping me maintain a healthy smile. Dr. Collins is has also assisted with some of my oral operations! I have always Been the type of person to avoid going to the dentist, but now I can say that I had an implant done in my mouth and my insurance paid for it!!!!! The staff is very polite and pleasant, which helps create a comfortable atmosphere as coming to the dentist can be a daunting task. Other than the traffic I sometimes run into on piedmont rd, I can't think of any reason I would not recommend this staff to my immediate family and friends. Keep up the good work Alpine! You rock !!!"
"The receptionist Nicole has absolutely no idea what she is doing. The office is extremely hesitant to accept responsibility for their mistakes. The information they provide is inaccurate and deliberately misleading. Nicole is extremely argumentative, rude, bullish, and unprofessional. Unfortunately if Dr. Nathan Peters is a good dentist, I would not know because Nicole is handling the billing side of this business and doing a terrible job at representing Dr. Nathan. The proper question to ask regarding coverage by dental insurances are not just whether a particular treatment is covered under a basic or comprehensive plan but very importantly in addition if there are any benefits or amounts left in the insurance maximum to cover a treatment. I was initially told that my deep cleaning would be completely covered despite providing information regarding treatments I received and already completed for the year. I was placed under the impression that the office had contacted my dental insurance as I had asked and properly inquired about my coverage. Instead they did not do a proper job at all in handling my case and in the end, called me a few weeks after the treatment was completed to tell me I owe them several hundred dollars. I had to pay a high price for a treatment out of pocket despite having insurance for a treatment that would have otherwise been covered at full the following year when my insurance maximum would be renewed."
